Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Henri Marshall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Haber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Henri Marshall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ralph Haber!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Bruno Lombardi and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Haber pushes Marshall up against the cage in a clinch.
Haber can't break the clinch.

Marshall tightens his grip and picks Haber up, before dumping him to the ground. Haber manages to land in guard.
Marshall trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Haber can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Marshall controls the pace.
Haber is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marshall in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Haber controls Marshall momentarily but Marshall frees himself.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Haber gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Marshall is not content to let Haber control the position.
Haber is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Marshall is looking to control Haber's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Marshall avoid being mounted?

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Haber is thwarting Marshall's attempts to control the position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Haber tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Marshall paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Marshall shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Marshall stops Haber from getting back to his feet.
Marshall lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Marshall lands a nice short elbow.
Marshall takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Haber moves in looking to clinch but Marshall pushes him off.

Marshall will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Haber up against the cage.

Marshall closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Marshall seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Haber wants to control but Marshall is keeping busy.

Marshall looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Haber with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Marshall has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Marshall changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Haber looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Marshall, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
