Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Iancu Calmuschi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolay Nechvidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calmuschi fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Nechvidov.
Nechvidov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Calmuschi but Calmuschi pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Good standup being displayed there by Calmuschi as he connects with a hook.
Calmuschi darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Calmuschi works over Nechvidov's head and body with a nice combination.
Nechvidov takes one to the side of the head.

Nechvidov shoots for a takedown but Calmuschi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Calmuschi throws a head kick but Nechvidov moves out of range.

Nechvidov closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Calmuschi uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Calmuschi appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Iancu Calmuschi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nikolay Nechvidov.

Nechvidov loses concentration momentarily and Calmuschi pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Nechvidov crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Calmuschi finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
