PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Blaster Monocastor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Obat Timur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Timur has chosen Goyang Dumang as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monocastor blocks a low kick nicely.
Monocastor looks to land a body kick but Timur moved away.
And Timur tries to counter it with a takedown but Monocastor pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Monocastor gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Monocastor manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Timur has Monocastor pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Timur pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Monocastor tumbling to the mat - Timur dives into Monocastor's guard.
