Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Digital (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Yakovchenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Digital comes to the cage accompanied by Wu Tang Clan - Y'all Been Warned. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

33 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Igor Yakovchenko!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Digital paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Yakovchenko connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Digital's hands.
Yakovchenko looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Good leg kick by Digital there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Digital is fighting off a takedown attempt but Yakovchenko is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Digital to the mat. Digital regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Digital throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Yakovchenko escapes and throws Digital's legs to the side, diving into side control!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Yakovchenko is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Digital is trying to control Yakovchenko's posture but Yakovchenko avoids it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Digital drops Yakovchenko with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Yakovchenko looks back up at him and smiles so Digital waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Digital is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Yakovchenko can do to turn this around?

Digital lands a right hand.
Digital creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Yakovchenko with a big uppercut! Yakovchenko tries to clinch up but Digital pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Yakovchenko to the mat! Yakovchenko covers up and Digital unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Bobby Digital decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
