The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mak throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

The fighters circle momentarily. Nelson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
A punch lands to the side of Mak 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Nelson connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Mak walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Nelson gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Nelson feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Maks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

and Mak makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Nelson is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Mak had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Nelson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mak.
Mak moves out of range of the strikes.
Nelson stuns Mak with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Mak throws a lazy right hand but Nelson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Nelson lands with a right hand.
Nelson loads up on a big right hand but Mak slips the punch.
A big left from Nelson misses.
Mak swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Nelson steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Mak.
A left and a right from Nelson both land. Nice combination.
Nelson looks to land a right hand but Mak moved out of range.

Mak throws a looping overhand right but Nelson ducks down to avoid it.

Nelson lands a left and a right that send Mak crashing to the mat, dazed. Nelson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Mak is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mak throws a body punch but Nelson moves out of range.
Mak seems to have got his legs back now.
Nelson closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Mak! Nelson dives in looking to finish! Mak is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
