Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rambler thows a leg kick but Valmer checks it

and Valmer counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Rambler looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Valmer throwing strikes but missing.

Rambler working for a triangle but Valmer defends it easily.

Valmer wants to control from the top but Rambler keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Valmer scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Valmer is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Rambler wants to sweep but no luck.
Valmer postures up and lands a big shot to Rambler's brow.

Rambler wants to hit a switch here but Valmer passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Rambler there!
Rambler tries to reverse the position but Valmer maintains control.

Valmer is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Rambler can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Valmer fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Rambler is bucking up trying to escape but Valmer cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Valmer lands a heavy elbow.
Rambler is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Valmer looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Valmer postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Rambler looks a forlorn figure.
Valmer lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Rambler is rocked!
Valmer landing strikes from the mount.
Rambler is still in real trouble! Can Valmer finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Valmer unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Rambler wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Valmer celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
