Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kamil Burczynski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyoto Parks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Kamil Burczynski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Lyoto Parks!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parks throws a jab when Burczynski was well out of range.
Burczynski looks to throw the jab but Parks is out of range.

Burczynski takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Burczynski scores with a punch to the head.
Burczynski throws the kick towards the body but Parks avoids it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Parks ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Parks looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Burczynski takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Parks stuffs the takedown attempt from Burczynski. Burczynski gets slowly back to his feet.

Parks throws a body punch but Burczynski moves out of range.

Parks throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close second round but I would say that Kamil Burczynski will probably get the nod.

Parks got a little sloppy there for a moment and Burczynski has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Parks has managed to get both his arms back between Burczynski's legs - danger averted.
