Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Man In Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Muhamed Keita!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keita lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

In Black gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Keita stalling in the clinch but In Black improves position.
In Black holding his opponent close, against the ropes.
Keita can't break the clinch.
Keita is looking to control In Black's arms but In Black gets an underhook and turns him. Now Keita has his back to the ropes.
In Black is trying to break the clinch but Keita has him pressed against the ropes.
In Black struggles to land a body shot inside as Keita controls his hands.
In Black manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

In Black breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Keita keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice uppercut there from Keita.
Keita is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Keita looks to land a body kick but In Black moved away.
In Black wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

In Black tries to close the distance and clinch but Keita swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Keita tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
In Black tries to clinch but Keita is having none of it.
Keita tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. In Black manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Keita fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. In Black looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

In Black looking to stall.
Keita wants to break the clinch but can't.
In Black is looking to break free of the clinch but Keita has double underhooks.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

In Black breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Keita steps to the side to avoid the strikes from In Black.
Keita thuds a left hand into In Black's body.
Keita tries to clinch but In Black moves out of range.
In Black avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
In Black tries to clinch there but Keita circles away.
A lazy left from Keita finds it's target.

Keita staggers In Black with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! In Black looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! Just in time and the ref is going to let the fight continue!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
In Black tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Keita paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Keita wants to clinch up but In Black keeps it at a distance.
In Black tries to clinch but Keita moves away
enabling Keita to counter with a crisp jab.

In Black has taken the fight to the clinch.
In Black prevents Keita from breaking the clinch.
In Black tries to circle away but Keita has him pinned against the ropes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Having scored a knockdown, Muhamed Keita should take round 1, putting pressure on his opponene back strong in round 2.
That's time! Back to the action!

In Black swings wildly with an uppercut but Keita uses good head movement to avoid it.

Keita is looking to break free of the clinch but In Black has double underhooks.
In Black keeps control of Keita as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Keita has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

The referee is keeping an eye on In Black - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
In Black wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
In Black tries to break the clinch but Keita is controlling the position.
In Black stalling in the clinch.
Keita lands a left hand.
In Black wants to break the clinch but can't.
In Black is trying to break the clinch but Keita is controlling him.
In Black leaning against his opponent.
Keita avoiding damage as In Black throws knees to the body.
In Black could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Keita keeps the fight in the clinch, despite In Black's efforts to push away.
Keita tries to break free but In Black pushes him back against the ropes.
Keita has had enough of the clinch but In Black keeps him there for the moment.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
In Black wants to break free but Keita has control.
Keita with a knee to the head.
In Black stalling in the clinch but Keita improves position.
Keita wants to get back to striking at distance but In Black won't allow it.

Keita breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Keita lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

In Black closes the distance and pushes Keita back into the ropes.

In Black escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

In Black instigates a clinch.
In Black avoids a wild elbow strike from Keita.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Keita using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.

Keita breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
In Black misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Keita lands a head shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Muhamed Keita showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Keita lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
In Black throws a combination that misses
and Keita cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.


In Black is rocked!
A head kick misses from In Black.
Keita is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Oh In Black is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Keita feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! In Black collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
