Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bleeding Murphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector delaFuente (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murphy comes to the cage accompanied by Nate Dogg - Keep it G.A.N.G.S.T.A. delaFuente is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: My life. Hector delaFuente has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Bleeding Murphy's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bleeding Murphy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hector delaFuente!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Hector delaFuente has been cut.
delaFuente shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
delaFuente takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
delaFuente shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Murphy as he avoids it easily.
delaFuente shoots in looking for a takedown. Murphy tries to sprawl out of it but delaFuente keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Murphy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bleeding Murphy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hector delaFuente.
delaFuente shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

delaFuente decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

delaFuente wants to work for an arm triangle but Murphy is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Murphy is trying to stand up here but delaFuente is controlling him well.
Murphy works his way to full guard. Good work.
delaFuente trying to control but Murphy is working from the bottom.
Murphy is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

delaFuente drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Murphy dives on top into guard.
delaFuente looks gassed!

Murphy stands and throws delaFuente's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Murphy content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Murphy decides to stand up, so the ref orders delaFuente to his feet.
Murphy lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Murphy misses with a wild body shot.
delaFuente shoots in but Murphy avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Murphy misses the shot to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Murphy is looking to slow delaFuente down with leg kicks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Murphy thuds his right hand into delaFuente's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Murphy listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Murphy closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks delaFuente out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
