The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Kroll misses.
East is looking for a counter combo.
Kroll misses with a hook.
East slips under a jab.
Kroll bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Kroll tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kroll has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
East is looking to regain half guard here but Kroll keeps moving and retains side control.
Kroll has hold of East's arm. He's looking for a kimura. East seems comfortable defending it but Kroll has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! East is real pain and he's forced to tap out! East is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Kroll couldn't care less - he's delighted!
