Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyle Sackrider!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 1, fighting out of New York, Robin Banks!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Daniel Blasius and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sackrider misses with a looping left.
Robin Banks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Banks throws a leg kick that is checked
and Sackrider counters with a slapping leg kick.
Sackrider throws a leg kick which misses Banks's front leg but catches the back leg as Banks tries to avoid it.
Banks missing with a left hand there. Sackrider was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Sackrider connects with an inside leg kick.
Sackrider chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Sackrider scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Sackrider throws a hook but Banks avoids it easily.
A telegraphed right hand from Sackrider misses the target.
Sackrider looks to land a body kick but Banks moved away.
Banks flicks out a counter leg kick but Sackrider steps away.
Banks throws a sloppy head kick
and Sackrider counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sackrider shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Banks throws a hook but Sackrider blocks it.
Sackrider just misses with a punch to the body.
Banks uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sackrider.
Sackrider misses with a low kick.
Sackrider wants to clinch up but Banks keeps it at a distance.
Banks staying out of range there.
Banks wants to land a leg kick but Sackrider is out of range.
Banks lands a really nice looking cross but Sackrider seems unphased.

Sackrider connects with a body shot.
Banks scores with a head kick.

Banks takes one to the chin there.
Banks keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sackrider.
Sackrider turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

As Banks backs away, Sackrider returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Sackrider.
Sackrider takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Banks with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

and Sackrider counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Banks loads up on a big right hand but Sackrider slips the punch.

Banks throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sackrider sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sackrider quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Sackrider slips under a jab.
The fighters circling - Banks throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sackrider appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Sackrider fails with an attempt to clinch.
Banks throws out a loose jab but Sackrider uses good head movement to avoid it.
Banks tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kyle Sackrider is winning the standup battle so far.
Sackrider connects with a leg kick. Banks looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Sackrider lands with a nice combination. Banks backs away looking to recover.

Sackrider thinks about countering with a body kick.
Sackrider throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sackrider connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Banks momentarily.


Banks is rocked!
Sackrider cracks Banks with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Banks is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Banks is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Banks could not beat the count!
