Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Garaile Aiza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davi Sousa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aiza's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, DMX - One Two. Sousa has chosen "Ratamahatta" By Sepultura as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Davi Sousa!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Mauricio Rocha and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sousa checks a low kick from Aiza.
Sousa takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Aiza throws a front kick aimed at Sousa's knee but Sousa avoids it well.
Aiza missing with a left hand there. Sousa was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Aiza throws a body shot but no joy.
Aiza misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sousa.
Sousa throws a big counter head kick but Aiza avoids it with no problem.
Aiza misses with a shot to the body
and Sousa counters with a head kick.
Sousa moves out of range of the leg kick from Aiza.
Sousa on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sousa takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Aiza looks to score with a jab to the body but Sousa is just out of range.
Sousa raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Aiza with a nice cross.
Aiza throws an off balance right hand
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sousa shoots in but no luck this time.
Aiza was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Aiza attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Sousa raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Sousa takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Garaile Aiza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sousa takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Sousa has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Aiza fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sousa looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A right-left combo lands from Aiza.
Aiza throws a push kick but Sousa slaps the foot to one side.
Aiza smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Sousa checks a low kick from Aiza.
Aiza misses with a body shot.
Aiza misses with a body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sousa on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Aiza catches Sousa with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Aiza with a hook.
Aiza connects with a body shot.
Aiza lands a slapping body shot.
Aiza takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Sousa misses with a takedown
and Aiza counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Sousa looks winded!
Aiza lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Aiza connects with a body shot.
Aiza drops Sousa with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Sousa looks back up at him and smiles so Aiza waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Sousa is rocked!
Aiza lands with a big right hook that stumbles Sousa - he's out on his feet here! Aiza follows up with another monster hook that separates Sousa from consciousness! Sousa falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Aiza stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Garaile Aiza!
Garaile Aiza tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
