The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lyzes looking to score a takedown here. Webster is defending well but Lyzes drives through and ends up in Webster's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lyzes closes the distance and clinches.

Webster is trying to trip Lyzes. He has hold of a leg but Lyzes is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Webster persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lyzes could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Webster got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lyzes has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Webster has managed to get both his arms back between Lyzes's legs - danger averted.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close round but I would say that Para Lyzes will probably get the nod.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Webster moves into the clinch successfully.
Webster pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Lyzes keeps control of Webster as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Lyzes sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Webster has left one of his arms exposed and Lyzes doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Webster screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
