PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Renato Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Romario Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gomez is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Gracie tries to throw a body punch but Gomez avoids it by throwing Gracie back against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gracie has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Gomez should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Gracie has tightened it up now! Gomez should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
