Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gripit NRipit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kasak Kusuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kusuk fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. NRipit looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

NRipit has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
NRipit throws a nice looking combination but Kusuk bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

NRipit with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kusuk to score with a decent uppercut.

Kusuk circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops NRipit to the canvas! NRipit doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Kusuk keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

After winning the bout, Kasak Kusuk thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
