Deegan is rocked!
Tucker has Deegan pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Deegan is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Tucker - that's hurt Deegan badly! Oh, another knee lands and Deegan is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Deegan doesn't seem to be complaining.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). JJ Tucker!
In his post fight interview, JJ Tucker started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
