The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mika misses with a low kick.
Mika throws out a loose jab but Mansion uses good head movement to avoid it.

It looks like Vaclav Mika has been cut.
Mika blocks a jab.
Mika stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mika wants it to stay on the feet.
Mika is looking to counter the offense by Mansion and move into the clinch.
Mika's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mansion connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Mika scrambles back to his feet.
Mansion misses with an uppercut.
Mika fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mansion manages to avoid it.
Mansion darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Mansion cracks Mika with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Mika fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mansion on the side of the head.

Mansion bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!

After the fight, Brick Mansion was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
