Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Georges Laprose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Thunder lands an impressive looking overhand right. Laprose doesn't seem phased though.
Laprose walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Thunder fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Laprose has a takedown stuffed.
A left lands for Thunder.

Jimmy Thunder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Laprose tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Thunder defends well and Laprose ends up having to push Thunder into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
