The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Que Da Certo coming out on top.
Que Da Certo lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Young backs up against the cage.

It looks like Ami Young has been cut.
Que Da Certo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Young drives through with a takedown into guard.

Young lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Young thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Young works over Que Da Certo with some ground and pound from guard.
Young tries to free his leg and advance position but Que Da Certo is retaining full guard.

Young drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Young seems to have locked his on tight now - Que Da Certo screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Young, as he picks up the win!

After the fight, Ami Young was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
