Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bob Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ez Muney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roberts comes into the arena with Moves Like Jagger blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roberts has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Muney.
Muney lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Roberts looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Muney tries a low kick but Roberts avoids it.
Roberts went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Muney fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Muney throws a hook to the side of Roberts's head but Roberts sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Roberts walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Muney lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Muney scores with a hook to the body. Roberts takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Muney tries to clinch up.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Roberts wants to break free but Muney has control.
Roberts is looking to break free of the clinch but Muney has double underhooks.

Muney lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
A head punch on the inside from Muney fails to land.
Roberts blocks an uppercut.

Roberts's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Muney's coach down at Bullet Proof Dungeon was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Muney's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Roberts throws a quick inside leg kick.
Muney missing with a left hand there. Roberts was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Muney lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Roberts throws a big counter combination but Muney scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Muney throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Muney, right into the meat.
Roberts takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Muney connects with a looping right hand.
Muney catches Roberts with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

and Muney counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Roberts.
Muney stalks Roberts and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Roberts's face. Roberts staggers backwards, shaken.

Muney lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Roberts - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Muney!

Ez Muney decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
