Dedede comes into the arena with When will you baka gaijins learn? blaring out of the sound system. King Dedede has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Groenveld throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dedede stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Groenveld swings for the body but Dedede moves out of range.
Dedede is looking to counter punch.
Groenveld's coach down at Wolves Den $200 Elite Circuits was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Groenveld's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Dedede pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Dedede misses with a hook
and Groenveld counters with a straight right hand.
Groenveld throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Groenveld takes a swing at Dedede's ribcage but misses.
Dedede takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Groenveld ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

It looks like King Dedede has been cut.
Groenveld misses the shot to the body.
Groenveld connects with the punch.
Dedede looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Groenveld connects with a nice looking jab.
Dedede gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Groenveld gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Stefan Groenveld decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
King Dedede was interviewed post fight and said 'I had a bad flight got food poisoning. It drained all my stamina.'.
