The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Onderheem gets the takedown into side control.
Santana wants to control but Onderheem postures up.
Onderheem is looking to take a break and control but Santana is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Santana could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Onderheem tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Onderheem has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
