Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Valmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazuo Mizaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kazuo Mizaki has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jimmy Valmer's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimmy Valmer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kazuo Mizaki!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Mizaki leaves Valmer with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mizaki throws out a counter right but Valmer avoids it with no problem.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mizaki throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Valmer sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Valmer half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Mizaki takes a swing at Valmer's ribcage but misses.
Mizaki slaps away a takedown attempt from Valmer, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Valmer fails with a takedown attempt.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Valmer changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kazuo Mizaki comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Mizaki has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
