A fine choice. Hale has chosen Dead Sara - Weatherman as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Flay takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hale postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Hale lands a few punches from side control.

Hale swings around for an armbar but Flay sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Hale's guard.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

I would just about give that final round to Brandon Hale.
