Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Probst (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tweedle Dum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jeff Probst!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tweedle Dum!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, David Hoff and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Probst steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dum.
Probst definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Probst throws a poor cross that misses
and Dum counters with a stiff right hand.


It looks like Jeff Probst has been cut.
Probst misses the shot to the body.
It seemed like Dum was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Probst has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dum finds it's way round the side to connect with Probst's head.

and Dum counters with a nice uppercut.

Probst gets tackled into the cage by Dum. Dum maintains the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dum lands a right hand that snaps the head of Probst backwards.

Dum is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Dum's coach down at Rabid Dog was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Dum's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Dum lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Probst or not.

Dum cracks Probst with a nice body shot.

Dum lands with a right to the head.
Dum digs a right hand into Probst's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Probst's gas tank.

Dum gets through Probst's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dum lands a nice uppercut.
Probst misses with a hook from the clinch.

Dum lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Probst takes a shot to the head.


Probst is rocked!
Dum works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Dum lands a left hand.
Oh Probst is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Probst has a couple of punches blocked by Dum.
Dum lands a nice shot to the body.
Probst seems to have got his legs back now.
Dum scores with an uppercut up the middle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tweedle Dum dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Jeff Probst's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Dum swings for the body but Probst moves out of range.
Probst throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Dum counters with a crisp right that sends Probst to the canvas! Dum follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tweedle Dum!
