Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Heath Herring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wooden Stick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herring tries to score a power double leg takedown but Stick sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Herring somewhat.
Stick is trying hard to land a takedown here. Herring sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Herring closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Stick to the mat! Stick manages to get full guard.

Stick is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Herring defends well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Herring's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Herring distracts Stick with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Herring lands a couple of elbows.
Herring lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Stick escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Herring gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Herring accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Herring tries to free his leg and advance position but Stick is retaining full guard.

Stick is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Stick isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Herring stacks Stick on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Herring!
Stick is working to avoid the ground and pound but Herring connects with a decent elbow.
Herring passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Stick!
Stick tries to hold on but Herring postures up.
Herring breaks from Stick's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Herring has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Stick's face.
Herring lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Herring unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Stick wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Herring celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!

A less than humble Heath Herring misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
In defeat, Wooden Stick stepped up to the mic, saying 'There were things going into this fight I should have contemplated, but failed to do so. I must learn to evolve mentally, to learn my opponent and study the fight. I will come back stronger. '.
