The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown misses with a few strikes there.
A punch combination from Brown misses.
Brown stuffs the takedown attempt from Hansen. Hansen gets slowly back to his feet.
Brown lands a jab-cross combination.
Hansen has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Hans Hansen has been cut.
Brown looks to land a combination but Hansen avoids it well.
Hansen takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Brown scores with the left hand. Hansen knows he should have avoided that one.
Brown scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hansen doesn't seem bothered though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hansen closes this distance looking for a takedown but Brown circles away.
Brown connects with a jab.
Hansen drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Brown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hansen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Brown fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Hansen looks gassed!
Hansen tries to move into range but Brown moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

That has opened up Hans Hansen's cut even more.

Brown connects with the punch.
Brown is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Hansen takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Brown lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Hansen sprawling to the canvas. Brown follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Hansen hang on?

Hansen is rocked!
Brown blocks the strikes from Hansen.
Hansen is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Brown jumps into side control!

Brown stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Brown lands a nice looking body shot.
Brown throws a series of strikes that have Hansen backpedaling.

The cut above Hans Hansen's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brown connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Brown scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hansen doesn't seem bothered though.
Brown works Hansen's body with a nice hook.
Brown cracks Hansen with a right hand to the side of the head.

Brown uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Hans Hansen's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Hansen is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Brown.
Hansen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Nice body punch from Brown.
Brown throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hansen stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Brown misses with a wild combination.
Brown throws a combination. Hansen tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Brown's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Brown duly obliges.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hans Hansen's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
