With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stee Collins!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Joseph Jones and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greer closes the distance looking to clinch
and Collins counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Collins takes the fight into the clinch.
Greer is struggling to control the position.

Greer moves into range and clinches up with Collins.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Collins pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Collins jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Greer walks away with a smile on his face. Collins gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

It looked like Greer wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Collins will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
And Greer counters with a quick kick to the body but Collins blocks it.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Greer looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Collins with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Greer wants to lay and pray for a moment but Collins keeps working.

That was a close round but I would say that Jerome Greer will probably get the nod.

Stee Collins showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
