Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bartek Elkoski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aakurabs Nyatok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nyatok checks the leg kick nicely there.
Nyatok tries for a takedown but Elkoski sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Elkoski went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Nyatok takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Elkoski throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Elkoski lands a left and a right that send Nyatok crashing to the mat, dazed. Elkoski thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Aakurabs Nyatok has been cut.

Elkoski clinches up with Nyatok and pushes him back against the cage.

Nyatok drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Elkoski feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Nyatok sprawling to the canvas! Nyatok rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Elkoski finish him?!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Elkoski looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Elkoski throws a push kick but Nyatok slaps the foot to one side.
Elkoski dances in with a quick combination. Nyatok is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Elkoski snaps Nyatok's head back. Nyatok stumbles backwards against the cage. Elkoski steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Nyatok's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Nyatok just didn't come prepared.
