Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jan Kozich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Bronson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Kozich counters by clinching up.
Bronson jumps guard but Kozich stands there with Bronson around his waist. Bronson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Bronson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bronson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kozich tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Bronson manages to circle out of the way.

Kozich stalks Bronson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bronson's face. Bronson staggers backwards, shaken.
Kozich tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Kozich shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bronson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Bronson wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Kozich manages to pass to side control.

Kozich seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Kozich has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kozich got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bronson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kozich has managed to get both his arms back between Bronson's legs - danger averted.
