Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ankjell misses with a double jab

and Tevez counters by clinching up.
Tevez throws a knee to the head but misses.
Ankjell stalling in the clinch but Tevez improves position.
Tevez is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Ankjell gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Tevez turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Tevez manages to end up in side control.
Ankjell is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Tevez is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Ankjell will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ankjell takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Tevez cracks Ankjell with a big elbow.

Ankjell tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Tevez works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Tevez wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ankjell, who protects the arm well.

Tevez is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Ankjell looks calm but he's in trouble here. Tevez gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Ankjell is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Tevez lets go of the hold and Ankjell can pop his arm back in it's socket.
