The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jurgs leaves Boitsov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Boitsov looks for a takedown but Jurgs sprawls well.
A bone on bone clash there as Boitsov blocks the leg kick.
Boitsov has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Jurgs.

and Jurgs counters with a nice double leg into side control. Boitsov won't be happy with that.
Elof Jurgs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dmitry Boitsov.
Boitsov wants to control but Jurgs postures up.
Boitsov sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jurgs is looking to take a break and control but Boitsov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Jurgs makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Boitsov tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Jurgs is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Boitsov has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Jurgs is looking to defend but Boitsov has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Jurgs! Boitsov pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Jurgs taps out and this one is all over!
