The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaney looks for a takedown but Khan sprawls well.
Khan looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Chaney could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Khan shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Chaney manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Khan is standing up over Chaney. Chaney looks to escape but Khan dives into side control.
Chaney might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chaney trying to control but Khan flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Khan has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Chaney is defending well but eventually Khan manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Chaney has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
