Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ephraim Baraka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Street (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baraka comes to the cage accompanied by Loyal - Chris Brown Ft Lil Wayne & Tyga. Street has chosen The Truth as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 31 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Street!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baraka scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Baraka gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Baraka seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Street lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Baraka has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Baraka and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Baraka shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Street but Street pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Street is looking to chop away at Baraka's legs.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Baraka here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Ephraim Baraka is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Baraka fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Street to the ground. Baraka is now in Street's guard.

Baraka with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Street is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Baraka has his hands clasped together but Street extends and breaks Baraka's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Street.
