The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norris displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sloane throws out the jab.
Sloane gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Sloane has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Norris.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sloane is defended easily by Norris.
Shrek Norris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Norris fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sloane manages to avoid it.
