Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Relginadines Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture closes the distance and clinches up with Silva, looking for a takedown. Couture pushes Silva against the cage but Silva circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Couture throws a nice head kick!

It looks like Relginadines Silva has been cut.
Nice combo by Silva! Oh, that's hurt him - Couture falls to the canvas and Silva follows him into side control.

It looks like Hank Couture has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Silva tries for a kimura but Couture is defending well.
Silva wants to control but Couture is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Couture can't do much from the bottom here.
Couture is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Silva asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Couture is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Silva's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Silva looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Silva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Couture. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Silva stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Couture swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Couture working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Silva must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Couture flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Silva is looking for a kimura but Couture is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Silva to get the leverage.

Silva is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Couture is just riding it out for now. Silva eventually gives up the hold.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Relginadines Silva will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Couture tries for a takedown but Silva circles away easily
and Silva counters with a big head kick but Couture shrugs it off.

Silva closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Silva tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Silva is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Silva is trying to trip Couture. He has hold of a leg but Couture is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Silva persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Couture is looking to sinch up a triangle. Silva throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Couture's body to avoid the submission. Couture has instead reached around Silva's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Couture arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
