The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shulun has taken the fight to the clinch.
IsOnFire misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Shulun.
IsOnFire tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Shulun avoids it.
IsOnFire can't find room to land a body shot as Shulun controls the action.
Shulun avoiding damage as IsOnFire throws knees to the body.
IsOnFire blocks an uppercut.
IsOnFire misses with a body punch.
Shulun is trying to pull guard but IsOnFire has him pressed against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Shulun is working for takedown but IsOnFire is calmly controlling the position for now.

Shulun is trying to pull guard but IsOnFire turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Alex IsOnFire has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gulun Shulun.

Shulun's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Shulun gets the takedown into side control.
IsOnFire tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Shulun wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Shulun decides to stand up, so the ref orders IsOnFire to his feet.
Shulun is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
IsOnFire defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Shulun.

IsOnFire scores with a takedown into Shulun's guard.

Shulun pushes IsOnFire off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

IsOnFire has managed to clinch.

Shulun has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed IsOnFire clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Shulun controls the action.

IsOnFire trying to control the position but Shulun manages to sink in the hooks.
I really don't envy IsOnFire right now.
Shulun really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for IsOnFire.
IsOnFire is in bad spot here.

Shulun is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. IsOnFire defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

IsOnFire might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Shulun is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

Shulun has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. IsOnFire is defending well but eventually Shulun manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! IsOnFire has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
