Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Erik Thorvaldson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Jovi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jovi has chosen Bad Medicine as his entrance music. Jonathan Jovi told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jovi takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Jovi misses with a straight right.
Jovi showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Thorvaldson.
Jovi throws out a loose jab but Thorvaldson uses good head movement to avoid it.

Thorvaldson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jovi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Thorvaldson was well out of range. Poor timing from Jovi.

Erik Thorvaldson decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
