The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Champ shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Reeto's guard.
Reeto trying to keep a closed guard but Champ is proving a slippery customer.
Champ thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Champ slips nicely into half guard.
Reeto wants to control but Champ is keeping busy.
Champ tries to stand and escape but Reeto is controlling the position.
Champ is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Reeto is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
