The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moss throws a jab when Rowling was well out of range.
Rowling looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The fighters circling - Moss throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Rowling feints the counter takedown.
Moss gets caught napping as Rowling dives in and scores a takedown. Moss manages to retain guard.
Rowling must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Rowling wants to pass the guard but Moss is keeping the position.
Moss pulls Rowling in close to prevent any damage.
Moss wants to sweep here but Rowling controlling him for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
