PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Queen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owen Whipple (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Owen Whipple told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whipple tries to score with a low kick but Queen moves his leg out of the way.

Whipple changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Queen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Whipple is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Queen's shoulder. That is not cool.

You can see the frustration on Queen's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Whipple is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Queen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
