The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelson misses with a looping right.
Nelson avoids a punch combination nicely.
A left and a right from Conner both land. Nice combination.
Nelson throws a hook but Conner avoids it easily.
Nelson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Nelson lands a nice shot that snaps Conner's head back.

Conner looks to land a combination. Nelson sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Conner throws the left hand but Nelson avoids the punch easily.
Nelson connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Conner! He's out on his feet! Nelson rushes in and drops Conner with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
