Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Bateman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toni Eerkilaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bateman might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Huey Lewis and The News - Hip To Be Square. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bateman on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Eerkilaa connects with a crisp jab.
Eerkilaa throws a hook but Bateman blocks it.
Bateman looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Eerkilaa throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bateman on the side of the head.
Bateman lands with a good body shot.
Eerkilaa misses with a double jab.
Bateman misses with a straight right.
Eerkilaa moves out of range of the body kick.
Bateman takes a swing at Eerkilaa's ribcage but misses.
Bateman throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Eerkilaa connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The fighters circling - Bateman throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Bateman shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Bateman works Eerkilaa's body with a nice hook.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bateman misses with a head kick.
Patrick Bateman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bateman moves away from the strike by Eerkilaa.
Eerkilaa connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Eerkilaa swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bateman scores with the left hand. Eerkilaa knows he should have avoided that one.
Bateman scoring well with a low kick there.
Bateman feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Eerkilaa's calf.

Eerkilaa scores with a jab. Bateman acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Bateman tries a head kick but it misses.
Bateman lands a nice hook to Eerkilaa's body. Eerkilaa takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
A jab lands there for Bateman.

and Eerkilaa counters with a straight right hand.
Eerkilaa misses with a hook. Bateman ducked under it nicely.
Bateman throws a low kick but Eerkilaa avoids it.
Bateman throws a push kick but Eerkilaa slaps the foot to one side.
A chopping leg kick lands by Eerkilaa.
Bateman moves out of range as Eerkilaa strikes.
Bateman throws a lazy right hand but Eerkilaa sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bateman slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Bateman lands with a kick to the temple. Eerkilaa shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Eerkilaa fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bateman looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Bateman throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Eerkilaa stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Bateman lands a leg kick that knocks Eerkilaa off balance momentarily.

Eerkilaa is rocked!
Eerkilaa might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Bateman scores with a hook to the body. Eerkilaa takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Eerkilaa throws a lazy right hand but Bateman sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bateman scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Eerkilaa misses with a body shot
and Bateman counters with a huge left! Eerkilaa is in big trouble! He's backing up but Bateman isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Eerkilaa from any more damage. A dominating finish by Bateman!
