Condor connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Condor closes the distance and clinches.

Hertz has Condor pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Hertz pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Condor tumbling to the mat - Hertz dives into Condor's guard.
Condor looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hertz is one step ahead there.
Hertz passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Hertz swings around for an armbar but Condor sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Hertz's guard.

Hertz manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Condor manages to get himself to full guard.
Condor is controlling Hertz's posture.
Condor has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Condor looking for a triangle here. Hertz is fighting it but it looks tight! Condor pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Hertz is tapping out - this one is all over!
