The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Grey Ii. Pettersson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Despite the aggression on Pettersson's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Grey Ii looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Grey Ii, right into the meat.
Pettersson tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Pettersson misses with a series of wild punches.
A low kick from Grey Ii is predictable there
and Pettersson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Pettersson takes a kick to the side of the head.
Grey Ii ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Grey Ii throws out a loose jab but Pettersson uses good head movement to avoid it.

The fighters circle momentarily. Grey Ii darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

and Pettersson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Pettersson thows a left - swing and a miss!
Pettersson throws a right hand that Grey Ii ducks under and follows up with a left that Grey Ii also avoids with ease.
Grey Ii throws a quick inside leg kick.
Pettersson misses with a double jab
and Grey Ii connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Grey Ii feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Pettersson sprawling to the canvas! Pettersson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Grey Ii finish him?!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Grey Ii connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Pettersson covering up! Grey Ii comes in with a big uppercut and Pettersson goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
