Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keven Mathis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tobbe Ostergren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tobbe Ostergren!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mathis clinches up with Ostergren and pushes him back against the cage.

Ostergren has hold of one of Mathis's legs. Mathis is fighting the takedown attempt but Ostergren gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Mathis manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ostergren manages to get himself to full guard.

Mathis throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ostergren works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Mathis connects with a couple of short punches.
Mathis lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Ostergren utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Mathis trying to stand up but can't free himself from Ostergren's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mathis throws a big right hand that misses.
Mathis has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Ostergren is proving hard to escape from.

Mathis stands up from guard. Let's bang!

That's one minute gone in the round.

Mathis moves into the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Mathis takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Ostergren breaks the clinch.

Mathis gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Ostergren looks winded!
Mathis trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!

Mathis had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ostergren defends it easily.
Mathis is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Ostergren has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Mathis to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Ostergren is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Mathis pulls down on the head and he's put Ostergren to sleep! This one is all over!
