Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Phallos Eugene!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Eugene swings for the body but Higgins moves out of range.
Higgins went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Eugene takes a swing at Higgins's ribcage but misses.
Eugene swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Higgins misses with an uppercut. Eugene saw that one coming.
Eugene doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Eugene rushes Higgins and presses him up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Higgins manages to break the clinch.
Eugene punishes Higgins's body with a nice straight punch.
Eugene misses with a leg kick.
Higgins seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Higgins really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Higgins has taken the fight to the clinch.
Eugene escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Eugene throws a body punch but Higgins moves out of range.
Eugene lands a nice shot to the body.
Eugene scores with a hook to the body. Higgins takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Higgins throws a sloppy head kick and Eugene moves out of range easily.

Eugene manages to break the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Eugene throws a nice looking combination but Higgins bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Higgins slips a jab from Eugene.
Higgins is looking to counter the offense by Eugene and move into the clinch.
Phallos Eugene is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Eugene has Higgins up against the cage in a clinch.
Eugene is working Higgins over against the cage.
Higgins ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Higgins no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Higgins has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Eugene can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Eugene really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Higgins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Oh Higgins is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Eugene steps in with a hook that catches Higgins right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Eugene follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Higgins looks absolutely devastated.
