Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between George Glass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hakeem Lawal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lawal has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glass fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lawal uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Glass.
It seemed like Lawal was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A left and a right from Glass both land. Nice combination.
Glass throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Lawal looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Glass throws a right and a left that Lawal avoids nicely.
Glass lands a jab-cross combination.
Glass misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lawal swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Glass will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lawal looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Glass connects with a crisp jab.

Glass shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Lawal takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Glass sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Lawal bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
