Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryo Rossi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maxx Decker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Decker is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Seven Nation Army - The White Stripes. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decker misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rossi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Decker's waist but Decker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rossi off to one side.

Rossi moves into range and clinches up with Decker.
Rossi keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Decker's efforts to push away.
Decker is trying to break the clinch but Rossi has him pressed against the cage.

Decker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A decent looking cross lands there for Decker.
Decker sizes up Rossi with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Ryo Rossi has been cut.

Decker leaves Rossi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Decker, as that shot connected.
Decker throws a right and a left that Rossi avoids nicely.

Rossi tries for a takedown but Decker manages to get underhooks.

Decker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Rossi drives through and clinches with Decker against the cage.

Rossi has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Decker regains guard immediately.

Rossi drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rossi jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Rossi pushes down on Decker's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Rossi is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Decker sees it coming and defends easily.
Still in half guard, Rossi seems content to control.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Rossi has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Decker defend it? Rossi steps over the head and cranks it - Decker is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Rossi!
