Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Titan Boma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Gilbert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boma comes to the cage accompanied by Evan Jones - Domination. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as George Gilbert enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Viktor Lagutenko and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gilbert looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Boma is fending him off so far but Gilbert persists. Nope, Boma circles away and we're back to standing.
Boma appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Gilbert takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Gilbert throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Boma's waist but Boma gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gilbert off to one side.
Gilbert takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Gilbert uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Boma.

and Gilbert connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gilbert shoots in for a double leg but Boma sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Titan Boma has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George Gilbert.
Boma throws out a loose jab but Gilbert uses good head movement to avoid it.

Gilbert looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Boma is fending him off so far but Gilbert persists. Nope, Boma circles away and we're back to standing.
Boma throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
As Boma backs off Gilbert throws a huge counter combo but Boma manages to avoid it all.
Boma defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gilbert.
A quick step to the side and Boma tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gilbert tries to clinch but Boma is having none of it.
Boma misses with a low kick as Gilbert jumps back.
Gilbert checks the leg kick nicely there.
And Gilbert tries to counter it with a takedown but Boma pushes his down on his head and steps out.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gilbert moves out of range of the leg kick from Boma.
And Gilbert tries to counter it with a takedown but Boma pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Gilbert closes the distance and clinches up with Boma, looking for a takedown. Gilbert pushes Boma against the cage but Boma circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Gilbert is trying to pull guard but Boma has him pressed against the cage.
Gilbert jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Boma walks away with a smile on his face. Gilbert gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Boma.
Boma leaves Gilbert with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Gilbert shoots in for a double leg but Boma sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

The referee is keeping an eye on Boma - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Gilbert tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Gilbert jumps into guard, dragging Boma to the mat.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gilbert working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Boma doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Gilbert is tightening it up a little... Boma has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Boma reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Boma taps out! Nice BJJ there by Gilbert!
